Als hätte sich dichter Nebel in einem klaren Rechteck auf die brachliegende grün überwachsene Parzelle im Schrebergarten gelegt. Der weiße Staub bedeckt Erde, Pflanzen, Holzstapel und endet mit klarer Linie an den Grundmauern des einstigen Schrebergartenhäuschens. Die Erinnerung an das hier abgebrannte Haus wird sichtbar und gibt der Parzelle für einen kurzen Moment sein Koordinatensystem wieder. Im Laufe der Zeit werden die Grenzen des Weiß verwischen, bis schließlich das ganze Bild verschwunden ist, nicht ohne Spuren zu hinterlassen.
As if dense fog in the form of a clearly defined rectangle has descended onto the resting, overgrown green land lot in the allotment garden. White dust covers earth, plants and a stack of wood and ends in a clear line along the foundation walls of the former garden cottage. The memory of the small burnt down house is visualized and, for an instant, reestablishes the land lot’s coordinate system. Over the course of time the boundaries of the white will blur, until ultimately the entire image has disappeared, not without leaving behind traces.
